Service Description

Price includes 1 quart jar, fresh vegetables, white vinegar 5% acidity, Morton Canning & Pickling Salt, 2 hours of my time (.5 for prepping, 1.5 class time). Equipment will be provided; pressure canner for foods with low acid levels or water bath for foods with high acid levels.
